General Rules

You can cancel the vehicles you rent from Otorento free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the rental time. (Otorento rents vehicles to customers online through its suppliers.)Otorento ensures that you receive your rented vehicle under the promised conditions.(Otorento acts as an intermediary between the suppliers and the customer.)

Customer Acceptance, Declaration, and Commitment

The customer accepts that all the information they enter into the registration form is correct and declares that Otorento cannot be held responsible for this information.

Declares that they meet the age and license requirements.

Accepts to pay 2 TL per kilometer for vehicles with a mileage limit if they exceed the limit.

Accepts to pay as used for HGS/OGS usage and the service fee.

Accepts that they are responsible for every transaction they make on Otorento.

Accepts that Otorento suppliers can conduct a Findex inquiry and have the right not to deliver vehicles to those with a low credit score.

Accepts to carry out the procedures specified during the car delivery.

Accepts that they are obliged to sign a mutual car rental agreement with the member business.

Accepts to present a valid ID containing the identity information used in the reservation and a license that meets the requirements stated in the rental conditions.

Declares that they will present a credit card with at least 6 months validity and sufficient limit, and accept provision collection from this card for deposit purposes.

Accepts that if they do not comply with the customer profile set by the supplier, the vehicle might not be delivered to them, and in this case, their payment will be refunded.

Declares that if they cannot be found at the specified address during the delivery phase of the rented vehicle, the vehicle will not be left elsewhere, and they will accept the responsibilities for ordering to an address they were not present.

Accepts that name changes or transfers are not possible in reservations made from Otorento.

Accepts that they will not use the rented vehicle in weddings or similar events, won't decorate it, and will be responsible for any damages.

Accepts that if they want to cancel their reservation, their payment will be retained, and no refund will be made.

Accepts that a deduction will be made from the rental fee if the vehicle cannot be delivered due to reasons stemming from them.

Accepts that Otorento's ledger and computer records are evidence in the sense of Article 287 of the HUMK.

Validity

This agreement enters into force indefinitely after the customer fills out the registration form or uses the system to obtain services.

T.C. Laws will be applied in disputes related to this agreement.

Istanbul Courts and Execution Directorates are authorized in resolving disputes.
