3. Information That May Be Needed for Reservation
The information required may vary by vehicle, supplier, location, payment preference and rental conditions.
- Name and surname
- Phone number and email address
- Pick-up and return location, date and time
- Driver age, licence year or licence country
- Selected vehicle, price and reservation details
- Payment preference, invoice or support information
- Identity, passport or licence information that may be required at vehicle pick-up
4. Why Information Is Shared With Suppliers
Vehicles listed on Otorento are provided by supplier rent a car companies. Some information may need to be shared with the relevant supplier so the reservation can be prepared and the vehicle can be delivered.
This may include name, phone number, reservation number, pick-up/return details, vehicle group, driver age/licence information, payment preference and selected additional services.
5. Payment and Card Information
Payment structure may vary by vehicle, supplier and reservation type. Online payment, prepayment or pay at delivery may be available depending on the selected vehicle.
Online payment or card transactions may be processed through the relevant payment infrastructure or payment service provider.
Credit card, deposit or pre-authorization requirements at pick-up depend on the vehicle and supplier conditions. No-credit-card or no-deposit vehicles are valid only when clearly stated on the vehicle card.
6. Support and Communication
When you contact Otorento by phone, WhatsApp, email, live support, contact form or similar channels, information needed to respond to your request may be processed.
This may include contact details, reservation number, request or complaint topic, conversation records and other information needed to resolve the issue.
7. Marketing Communications and Permissions
Otorento may send campaign, discount, reminder, satisfaction survey or similar communications if the user has given permission.
Operational messages about reservation confirmation, payment, cancellation/refund, security or support are separate from marketing communications.
8. Cookies and Digital Tracking Technologies
Otorento may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the website functional, improve user experience, measure performance and, where permitted, support advertising and marketing.
